The event center, gym, hockey rink, library, pool, and casino are all within a 5-minute walk! Whether you're attending a convention, concert, or just soaking up the sun on the beautiful beaches, this is the perfect spot for your getaway.
Relax in our luxurious bedrooms - one king room and two queen rooms - and enjoy the high-end hotel-quality beds and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note: On February 2, 2023, the Strata Council installed "EXTERIOR" cameras to monitor parking areas and the front entrance area of the complex. No INTERIOR cameras are on site and cameras do not reach patios/balconies.

Woo-hoo! Debbie and Dale here, and we're beyond thrilled to welcome you to Grandma's Elephant Hideaway! Grandma had a love for elephants and inspired us to create this cozy hideaway in her honor. Plus, with every stay, you're supporting elephant sanctuaries as we donate a portion of the profits every year. We're both avid travelers, who love visiting our kids and grandkids. When you're not cozied up at the hideaway, you might find us at a nearby winery or brewery (Dale's favorite being Hwy 97). We promise to make your stay extra special, with locally roasted coffee, warm cookies, and more - maybe we'll even roast the coffee ourselves! And if there's anything you need or want to make your stay even better, just let us know. Dale is a real world-traveler, volunteering to help communities in need, and has spent countless nights in hotel rooms. That's why we created the perfect hideaway - with all the things we love about staying somewhere and none of the things we don't. And while we love to give guests their space, we're always here if you need us. Just message us through the platform or give us a call - we'll be there to help in a jiffy.
